I have been the Chief Editor of the BOTSWANA NOTES AND RECORDS journal of the Botswana Society since 2008. This is a period of about 17 years. My responsibility has been receiving articles and sending them out for review and then helping the authors in the revision process and finally publication. I have also been responsible for seeking funding for typesetting and layout processes which are outsourced from service providers
