Brain Awareness Week grants aim to bridge gaps in knowledge and promote global brain health awareness by supporting these outreach and awareness initiatives, particularly in regions challenged by a lack of resources, support, and public understanding of the brain. We especially encourage interdisciplinary projects that highlight the connection between neuroscience and society and engage diverse audiences in meaningful discussions around not only the benefits but also the ethical, legal, and societal implications of neuroscience research.
