Research Focus Area

My research interests centre around Entrepreneurship, covering its Theories andits Practice. Areas such as Entrepreneurial Frameworks, Policyand support structures, Ease of Doing Business, Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) studies I find interesting. I am interested in the areas of Business Strategy, General Management especially Organizational Behaviour and people management and Motivation as appliedto HRM and Industrial Relations in both the private and public sectors.
