Work Experience
Dr Pearl Lefadola holds a Doctorate in Consumer Science (Food Management) from the University of Pretoria. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, at the University of Botswana. She is a researcher with many years of experience in culinary tourism, consumer research, food product development utilising indigenous foods, food security and food waste management. She is a pragmatic researcher with experience in the application of mixed methods and ethnographic research. Dr Lefadola is also the Managing Editor of the Mosenodi International Journal of Educational Studies, and a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) Research Fellow.
