This study will concentrate on the p-type perovskite semiconductor NdFeO₃ (Neodymium Ferrite), recognised for its photostability in solar water splitting applications [10]. The primary aim is to improve the performance of NdFeO₃ for photoelectrochemical (PEC) water reduction (the hydrogen evolution reaction) by utilising doping and nanostructuring methods.
