We discuss some generalizations of nonexpansive mappings and prove additional properties of these generalizations, particularly focusing on two commuting mappings satisfying condition Bγ,μ. New algorithm to approximate a common fixed point of two commuting mappings satisfying condition Bγ,μ is introduced. Strong convergence of the introduced algorithm to a common fixed point of the two commuting mappings satisfying condition Bγ,μ is also proved. Our results extend and improve some recent results in the literature.
